Ceylan Özgün Özçelik. Director: Inflame. Ceylan, who was born on February 3, 1980 in Rize, is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Law. She started his career as a radio and television programmer in 2002 and made many radio programs. Ceylan, who also shot various short films, realized his first feature film project with the movie Kaygi which was released in 2017.
