Basil Al-Khatib. Director: The Syrians. A Palestinian film and television director. Born on May 6th, 1962 in Hilversum, Holland. Lives with his family in Damascus, Syria since 1963. Graduate of the Department of the Film & TV Direction at the Moscow Higher Institute of Cinema (VGIK). Working in cinema and television drama since 1992. Director of "JAWA" art production.
