Ana A. Alpízar

Ana A. Alpízar. Writer: The Fisherman. Ana A. Alpizar is a Cuban filmmaker based in Los Angeles. She co-founded FILA20, a Cuban-American company whose films have been screened, awarded, and sold worldwide. As a writer-director, her short The Premiere won the top prize at the China Women's Film Festival and The Fisherman is an official selection of Sundance.
