Akio Ôtsuka

Akio Ôtsuka was born on 24 November 1959 in Tokyo, Japan. He is an actor, known for Ghost in the Shell (1995), Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence (2004) and Paprika (2006). He was previously married to Yôko Sômi.
