Butterscotch and Chocolate (1992)

A pair of bumbling newspaper reporters are given a 24 hour deadline to come up with a story or be fired. Their search leads them into a mystery involving stolen diamonds, counterfeit money, Arab sheikhs, Mafia dons and African kings.
