Shine Gokuu!! Jigoku kara Yomigaeru Kyouteki-tachi (1997)

Dr. Gero and Dr. Myuu join forces in hell to take their revenge on Goku. Using two versions of Android 17, one in Hell and one on Earth, they create an opening between the two dimensions. As old enemies return to terrorize the world again, Goku realizes that he must travel to Hell to stop the evil doctors.
