Crime and the Law (1973)

Hadad, a police officer, gets a new assistant, and shows him some really worrying figures about car thefts. Meanwhile, a stolen car driven by 2 teenagers badly hits a young bicycle rider. Hadad and his assistant hunt the boys down.
